Young adults (20 to 30). If you have kids coming home from college or their young professional lives, take time to make sure they're getting the nutrition they need.
Calcium: This is a time to focus on bone health to maintain bone mass. Adults ages 19 to 50 need 1,000 milligrams of calcium per day.
