NACCHO Emergency Preparedness Legal Guidebook
The National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) developed a legal guidebook to help public health professionals improve their department's administrative preparedness capabilities. The guidebook contains four sets of standalone tools that help staff incorporate their jurisdiction's individual laws, policies, and procedures into a formal written administrative preparedness plan. Visit NACCHO's website to access this resource.
