Dalton Investments LLC disclosed in a regulatory filing ( SC 13D ) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a 6.3% stake (2,002,654 shares) in Eros International Plc (EROS).
Dalton said that it acquired EROSshares with the belief that they were undervalued and represent an attractive investment opportunity given the company's market position as a leading global company in the Indian film entertainment industry that acquires, co-produces and distributes Indian films across all available formats such as cinema, television and digital new media - including its subscriber-based ErosNow.
EROS' full fiscal year 2015 revenues climbed 20.7% to $284.2 million from fiscal year 2014 revenues of $235 million. The company will be announcing its second quarter fiscal 2016 results in the first half of November.

Pandora posted third quarter 2015 revenue of $311.6 million, a 30% increase year over year. The company expects fourth quarter 2015 revenue to be in a range of $325 million to $330 million
