GlobeX Data Announces Listing on Frankfurt Stock Exchange

(OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE:SWIS)(FRA:A2PN34) ("GlobeX" or the "Company"), the leader in Swiss hosted secure data management and secure communications, is pleased announce that is common shares have started trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Boerse AG) under WKN: A2PN34 and the symbol "GDT". The Company's shares continue to be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the symbol "SWIS" and on the OTC Markets (OTCQB) under the symbol "SWISF".

The Company's shares will now be cross-listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE"), the OTC Markets ("OTCQB") and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange ("FRA"). GlobeX anticipates the Frankfurt listing will help increase trading liquidity and facilitate investment in the Company by institutional and retail investors across the European Union and Switzerland.
