NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Lazard Growth Acquisition Corp. I (the “Company”) today announced that it publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 (the “Registration Statement”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of 50,000,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit, each unit consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one-third of one redeemable warrant. The Company has applied to list the units on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “LGACU”. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

The Company is a newly organized blank check company, incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
