All of the shares were offered by MiNK. The gross proceeds from the offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses, were approximately $40.0 million. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on October 15, 2021 under the ticker symbol “INKT”.
