In addition, Forty Seven has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,055,250 shares of common stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any, at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions. The shares are expected to begin trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol "FTSV" on June 28, 2018.
