Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. Announces Exercise of Underwriter's Option to Purchase Additional Shares
JERICHO, N.Y., July 17, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Esquire Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: ESQ) today announced that the underwriter of Esquire's initial public offering has exercised its full over-allotment option to purchase an additional 354,580 shares of common stock from Esquire at the public offering price of $14.00 per share. The net proceeds to Esquire, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses associated with the over-allotment option, are expected to be approximately $4.6 million. The sale of the additional shares is expected to close on July 20, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
Sandler O'Neill + Partners, L.P. acted as sole book-running manager for the offering.
