LAS VEGAS, Nov. 14, 2018 /CNW/ - Planet 13 Holdings Inc. (CSE: PLTH) (OTCQB: PLNHF) ("Planet 13" or the "Company"), a leading vertically-integrated Nevada cannabis company, clarified today that media reports suggesting there was a shooting outside of the Company's Planet 13 Superstore are inaccurate. The Superstore was indeed closed on November 14, 2018 from 4:00pm PST to 6:00pm PST for a police investigation related to an incident that occurred at an address across the street from the Superstore. "We thank the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department for their quick response to the incident this afternoon and commend our security staff for their quick and thoughtful action," said Leighton Koehler, General Counsel of Planet 13. "The victim of an incident that occurred across the street from our location, ran into the parking lot of the Superstore, seeking safety, where our security personnel immediately acted to help. As a result, the Superstore was closed for two hours during an active police investigation.
