LA JUNTA, CO / CRWEPRESSRELEASE / July 29, 2015 /The State of Colorado, Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing, has completed an in-depth review, leading to approval of the plans and specifications for the Waterhaus 34 model tiny home, designed by GreenPod Intelligent Environments and built by Sprout Tiny Homes in its La Junta, Colorado production facility. This approval makes way for the model to be inspected, approved and stamped with a medallion signifying compliance with State of Colorado building codes and regulations.
