Survivor of fatal crash 'disgusted' Sask. airline took off with ice on plane
Transportation Safety Board of Canada investigators say Saskatchewan airline West Wind Aviation's decision to take off from a remote northern community in December 2017 with ice on the plane cause the aircraft to crash just seconds later.
