Edmonton, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - May 10, 2022) - Titan Logix Corp., (TSXV: TLA) ("Titan" or the "Company"), a technology company specializing in advanced measurement solutions, announces the receipt of funds paid out on its investment in secured loan through a loan participation agreement with Greypoint Capital Inc. Funds received totaled $3,427,662 consisting of principal due and interest accrued to May 9^th, 2022, in addition to a make-whole fee of 3 months interest. The Company will invest the funds in guaranteed investment certificates as it evaluates potential opportunities for the funds within its long-term strategic growth plan.
