Alun Cairns has welcomed enhanced security ahead of tonight's Wales v Russia game - but urged fans to remain vigilant
Alun Cairns, Secretary of State for Wales said:
"The whole country will again be behind the Welsh team as they take on Russia tonight.
"Our fans have been exemplary in their behaviour throughout the tournament. The Safety of Welsh supporters is a key concern and it is good to see that the police presence is being stepped in Toulouse ahead of tonight’s fixture.
"However I would again appeal to Welsh fans to remain vigilant. Don’t travel to the area without a ticket to the game, avoid any provocation and let’s make tonight an occasion to celebrate football."
