Police Arrest Man After Albuquerque Bank Robbed
Albuquerque - September 10, 2015 - Fabian Baros, 37, of Albuquerque, was arrested in connection with the robbery of BBVA Compass Bank branch at 1201 San Pedro Dr. NE in Albuquerque on Thursday, September 10, 2015.
Albuquerque police officers arrested Baros shortly after the robbery, which occurred at approximately 12:34 p.m.
He was turned over to the FBI.
Baros is expected to appear in U.S. District Court in Albuquerque on Friday.
No other information will be released until after Baros’ court appearance.
The public is reminded that defendants are presumed to be innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
