Detectives Seek to Identify Persons of Interest in Robbery
Las Vegas, NV - October 6, 2015 - On September 30, 2015 at approximately 7:30 a.m. LVMPD patrol officers were dispatched to the area of Eastern Avenue and Walnut Street to investigate a report of a robbery.
The investigation initiated by the LVMPD Downtown Area Command Patrol Investigations Detail indicated that the victim was held at gunpoint and forced to remove money from an ATM. Afterwards, the two suspects beat and shot at the victim. The suspects then fled into a nearby neighborhood.
Detectives are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest in this case. They are both described as Hispanic males with short dark hair, approximately 19 to 23 years of age. One person of interest is seen wearing a light blue short sleeved shirt. The other person of interest is seen wearing a black t-shirt. Photos of both suspects accompany this release.
