Las Vegas, NV - September 28, 2016 - On September 27, 2016, at approximately 12:25 p.m. LVMPD patrol officers responded to Mountain View Hospital located a t3100 North Tenaya Way where an adult male suffering from multiple stab wounds had been dropped off at the emergency room doors. Moments after arriving at the hospital, the victim died.
The investigation initiated by the LVMPD Homicide Section indicated that the victim was involved in an altercation, possibly in the area of Washington Avenue and Twin Lakes Drive during which he was stabbed multiple times. The victim was transported to the hospital in a vehicle by another adult male who may have also been involved in the altercation.
This is the 125th homicide investigated by the LVMPD in 2016. The identity of the victim, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office. As of this release, no suspect or suspects have been identified.
