Las Vegas, NV - November 9, 2017 - The officers involved in the November 7, 2017 officer involved shooting which occurred in the 7400 block of Newcrest Circle have been identified as Officer Kai Hoskins and Officer Levi Hancock.
Officer Hoskins is 32 years of age and has been employed with the LVMPD since July, 2006.
Officer Hancock is 43 years of age and has been employed with the LVMPD since January, 2001.
Officer Hoskins and Hancock are assigned to the Homeland Security Division, SWAT Bureau. They have been placed on routine paid administrative leave pending the outcome of a review of this incident.
