Two People Found Dead Behind Swap Meet
Las Vegas, NV - December 27, 2017 - On December 27, 2017 at approximately 7:11 a.m., patrol officers were dispatched to investigate reports of two deceased people behind the swap meet located in the 2900 block of West Washington Avenue. Arriving officers located an adult male and an adult female who had suffered from apparent gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced deceased at the scene.
The investigation initiated by the LVMPD Homicide Section indicates the shooting may have occurred around 1:00 a.m. As of this release, detectives have not identified a suspect or motive in this crime.
The identity of the victims, as well as the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office.
