Bids were solicited via the Internet with 10 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 11, 2022. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity.
Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Herndon, Virginia, was awarded a $13,399,673 modification (P00034) to contract W15QKN-13-C-0065 for low-rate initial production of the Spider Increment I A remote control unit. Work will be performed in Madison, Alabama; and Melbourne, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 13, 2019. Fiscal 2016 and 2017 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $13,399,673 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command New Jersey is the contracting activity.

OnSite Gas Systems Inc., Newington, Connecticut, has been awarded a maximum $20,909,102 firm-fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment contract for oxygen delivery systems and spare parts for oxygen delivery systems. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. Location of performance is Connecticut, with an Oct. 10, 2022, performance completion date. Using military services are Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2018 through 2023 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE2D1-18-D-0001).
Olgoonik Technical Services LLC, Anchorage, Alaska, has been awarded a maximum $11,054,577 modification (P00020) exercising the second one-year option period of a one-year base contract (SP3300-16-C-5001) with four one-year option periods for warehousing and distribution support services. This is a fixed-price-incentive (firm-target) contract with cost reimbursement line items. Locations of performance are Alaska and California, with an Oct. 15, 2018, performance completion date.
