Karolinska Development’s Chairman of the Board resigns at his own request
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN – December 11, 2024. Karolinska Development AB (Nasdaq Stockholm: KDEV) today announces that the company’s Chairman of the Board, Professor Hans Wigzell, has decided to resign from his position. The Board of Directors will immediately initiate a process to appoint a new Chairman.
Hans Wigzell has been an instrumental force in Karolinska Development ever since the company was founded. He has served as Chairman of the Board during several periods, most recently since the 2024 Annual General Meeting.
