McLEAN, Va., Sept. 23, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Freddie Mac (OTCQB: FMCC) announced today that it priced its new $5 billion, 0.375% five-year USD Reference Notes® security due on September 23, 2025. The issue, CUSIP number 3137EAEX3, was priced at 99.699 to yield 0.436%, 17 basis points more than the yield on five-year U.S. Treasury Notes. The issue will settle on Friday, September 25, 2020.
The new five-year Reference Notes security is offered via a syndicate of dealers headed by Citigroup Global Markets Inc, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Nomura Securities International Inc. Co-managers will be Academy Securities Inc, Bancroft Capital LLC, Blaylock Van LLC, CastleOak Securities LP, R. Seelaus & Co. LLC, and Siebert, Williams, Shank & Co. LLC.
