2 Sentica Buyout V Ky ("Sentica V") and Danske Bank A/S, Finland Branch ("Danske Bank") have entered into a share lending agreement in connection with the Initial Public Offering of the Company on June 19, 2018, according to which Sentica V has on June 19, 2018 lent 869,770 existing shares in the Company to Danske Bank. The registered holdings of Sentica V, which amount to 4,653,302 shares, do not include the lent shares.
3Sentica Buyout V Co-Investment Ky ("Sentica Co-Investment") and Danske Bank have entered into a share lending agreement in connection with the Initial Public Offering of the Company on June 19, 2018, according to which Sentica Co-Investment has on June 19, 2018 lent 36,052 existing shares in the Company to Danske Bank. The registered holdings of Sentica Co-Investment, which amount to 192,876 shares, do not include the lent shares.
4Out of other shareholders, 1,263,499 shares, representing 9.36 percent of shares and votes, are nominee registered. Out of the total amount of the shares, 7,720 shares have been registered in a joint account.
