(“MOBI724” or the “Company”) (TSX-V:MOS) (OTCQB:MOBIF), a global Fintech company offering a fully integrated suite of multiple EMV payment Card-Linked, Digital Marketing and Business Intelligence Solutions announces that it intends to seek approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) in order to extend a $2,705,566.03 12% interest bearing debenture which is convertible into common shares of the Company at $0.35 per share (the “Debenture”). The Debenture was issued on September 1, 2016 by way of a private placement and matures on June 30, 2018.
The Company wishes to amend the terms of the Debenture by extending the maturity date of the Debenture two (2) years, such that the maturity date will be amended to June 30, 2020. The Company has agreed with the holder of the Debenture on the proposed amendment.
The proposed amendments to the Debenture are subject to the approval by the TSXV.
