SAN DIEGO, June 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- WD-40 Company (NASDAQ: WDFC) today announced that its board of directors declared on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 a quarterly dividend of $0.54 per share, payable July 31, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 20, 2018. 

The Company also announced that it has scheduled its third fiscal quarter 2018 earnings conference call for Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. PDT.  On this call, management will discuss financial results, business developments and other matters affecting the Company.
