With the my debit card, clients can pay for purchases more quickly and simply MONTREAL, June 20, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Today National Bank is announcing the launch of its new my debit contactless debit card, which allows clients to make purchases simply, quickly, and completely securely. The new card, equipped with the Interac Flash feature, allows clients to make purchases of $100 or less at a merchant without having to enter their personal identification number (PIN). Payment is made immediately by holding the debit card in front of the sales terminal. Clients who use a National Bank debit card will receive the new my debit card progressively over the coming months. The launch of a new contactless debit card is the latest in a series of new products and services, including the recently unveiled new nbc.ca site, new ABMs, Apple Pay and Google Pay for credit cards, and a mobile app for businesses.
