OTTAWA, Oct. 16, 2018 /CNW/ - Intouch Insight Ltd. ("Intouch") (TSXV: INX) today announced that it has signed an agreement to provide its new LiaCXâ„¢ customer experience management (CEM) software to Parker's Corporation ("Parker's"). Parker's, a leading gas and convenience retailer based out of Savannah, Georgia, will use LiaCX to support its ongoing commitment to delivering experiences that make its customers' lives easier. Parker's is an existing Intouch customer, and one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. The LiaCX platform will help Parker's continue its growth while maintaining its reputation for excellence by collecting operational and customer experience intelligence, providing a deep understanding of store level performance and the ability to drive and track improvements.
