5 overtimes and lots of exhaustion later, this record-setting Ontario junior hockey game finally ended
As the clock ticked past 12:30 a.m. Thursday in the semifinal playoff game in Wheatley, Ont., Leamington Canadiens' Marco Sladoje got the puck on a breakaway and snuck it by the Sharks' goalie, ending the longest game in Provincial Junior Hockey League history, after over five hours, and Wheatley's season.
