The MoU was signed with High Glory Footwear, a subsidiary of Taiwan-based Pou Chen Corporation, "the world#39;s largest branded footwear manufacturer," in the presence of Chief Minister M K Stalin, a tweet by Guidance Tamil Nadu, said.
