Several Health Benefits of Massage
Massage is a natural remedy that is widely used with various health benefits. Massage combines broken bones. Relieves sprains and brushes. This is useful for muscle thinning. Muscle contractile strength increases due to adhesion and stroke. Tapotement, stretching, and effleurage massage are used to relieve muscle pain. Massage is usually done in 30 minutes, and for local massage - 15 minutes. After the massage, the oil is removed with a dry cloth and warm baths are given if necessary. Avoid massage for tuberculosis, gonorrhoea and diphtheria. Massage is not recommended for fever. Pregnant women should avoid abdominal massage. Massage is also not recommended if a skin disease occurs. Abdominal massage should be avoided with appendicitis or tumours of the stomach, stomach or duodenum and diarrhoea.
