U.S. Marshals Arrest Jackson Man Wanted in Shelby and Madison County, Tennessee
Memphis, TN – The U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force in Memphis captured Parrish Transou, 44, of Jackson, TN, on several charges out of Shelby and Madison County, Tennessee. The task force took Transou into custody at a Memphis residence around 9 a.m., on August 26, 2024.
Transou was booked at the Shelby County jail for criminal attempt first degree murder, and aggravated assault.
He is also wanted in Madison County for petition to revoke suspended sentence, failure to report back to court after positive drug screen, theft of property, and 11 counts of forgery.
The U.S. Marshals Two Rivers Violent Fugitive Task Force is a multi-agency task force within Western Tennessee. The TRVFTF has offices in Memphis and Jackson, and its membership is composed of Deputy U.S. Marshals, Shelby, Fayette, and Tipton County Sheriff’s Deputies, Memphis and Jackson Police Officers, Tennessee Department of Correction Special Agents, and the Tennessee Highway Patrol. Since 2021, the TRVFTF has captured over 2,600 violent fugitives and sexual predators.
