US Marshals join MPD investigation to find suspect wanted in Labor Day murder
WASHINGTON, DC - The U.S. Marshals Service, along with the Metropolitan Police Department, is investigating a shooting that killed a Northwest D.C. man on Labor Day.
The victim, identified as Francois Adkins, 36, was shot and killed at approximately 4:15 p.m. Monday in the 2300 block of 14th Street NE.
A combined reward of up to $40,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction in this case.
