Appeals court judges question whether four-year prison sentence for Sean 'Diddy' Combs was too harsh

A three-judge panel in Manhattan weighed the "exceptionally difficult case" in court on Thursday, and did not immediately rule after hearing two hours of arguments. Combs, who was convicted last July under the federal Mann Act which bans transporting people across state lines for any sexual crime, is challenging his conviction and prison sentence.
