TV Channels Network Files Registration Statement for Proposed NASDAQ Initial Public Offering
LAS VEGAS, NEVADA / ACCESS Newswire / February 5, 2025 /TV Channels Network Inc., ("TV Channels" or the "Company"), a video streaming service company, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock.
TV Channels Network Inc. intends to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol "TVCN." The offering is being conducted on a firm commitment basis. Craft Capital is acting as lead manager in connection with the proposed offering.
