Bionic Bloom Launches Dopamine Reset & Reward Center Rewire Program at the Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute
TAMPA, FL / ACCESS Newswire / October 19, 2025 /Bionic Bloom 's Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute (NEI) is proud to announce the launch of its newest neuroscience-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Dopamine Reset & Reward Center Rewire, running November through December 2025.
This innovative, evidence-informed program helps participants retrain the brain 's reward system - shifting dopamine away from overstimulation and burnout, toward sustainable motivation, focus, and joy.

Participants attend 2-3 sessions per week, each 20-50 minutes, in person or online.
