Baldwin REALTORS(R) Becomes Third MLS to Require Floor Plans on Every Listing
BALDWIN COUNTY, AL / ACCESS Newswire / September 22, 2026 /Baldwin REALTORS® announced that floor plans will be required on every residential listing starting in early 2027, making it the third MLS in the country to adopt such a requirement, following New Mexico MLS and Momentum MLS (formerly WARDEX). CubiCasa will be providing rollout support to Baldwin, who has been a long-standing member of CubiCasa 's MLS partnership program.
The goal is simple: give buyers better information about the homes they are considering. Photos show what a home looks like, but a floor plan shows how it actually works - how rooms connect, where they are located, and whether the layout fits a buyer 's needs.
