New Otter Creek Preserve Community Brings Dockable Waterfront Acreage and Direct Gulf Access Near Panama City Beach

The announcement comes as Washington County continues to grow. U.S. Census Bureau estimates show the county reached an estimated 26,695 residents on July 1, 2025, up 5.4% from its April 1, 2020 estimates base. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport, located in neighboring Bay County, reported nearly 1.9 million passengers in 2024, a 501% increase from its first year of operation. The airport is approximately 20 minutes from Otter Creek Preserve.
