SHAREHOLDER ALERT: Endava plc Sued For Securities Fraud by Block & Leviton LLP; November 30 Deadline To Seek To Serve As Lead Plaintiff
NEW YORK CITY, NY / ACCESS Newswire / October 2, 2026 /On behalf of an individual investor, Block & Leviton LLP filed a class action lawsuit yesterday against Endava plc (NYSE:DAVA), along with certain individuals, alleging that they violated federal securities laws by issuing false and misleading statements concerning the company 's business, operations, and prospects. A copy of the Complaint is available on Block & Leviton 's website.

According to the complaint, Endava and certain of its executives misled investors about the company 's customer agreements and accounting practices. The complaint alleges that Endava touted contract extensions with major clients while failing to disclose that its accounting treatment of certain extensions and related client credits was improper, potentially rendering its reported financial results materially misleading. The truth allegedly emerged on September 21, 2026, when Endava announced that CFO Mark Thurston had been placed on administrative leave pending an investigation by independent outside counsel for the board 's Audit Committee into accounting concerns involving customer and supplier agreements. On this news, Endava 's shares fell approximately 24% to close at $2.11 on September 22, 2026, and declined further to $1.70 on September 24. Investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Endava shares between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026, inclusive, may have legal rights.

The suit is brought on behalf of all those who purchased or otherwise acquired Endava plc American Depositary Shares between September 4, 2025, and September 21, 2026, both dates inclusive.
