On June 25, 2024, Soliant became aware of a security incident on its IT Network. Soliant then began a comprehensive review of the impacted data to determine what information was compromised as well as identify the specific individuals affected. On October 3, 2024, the review was completed.
Soliant 's investigation discovered that the following types of sensitive personal information may have been exposed in the data breach: Full name, government ID number, and Social Security number.On October 29, 2024, Soliant issued a public disclosure about the data breach and started sending notice letters to individuals impacted. Compensation may be available for those individuals who received notice that their personal information was compromised.
