JENBACH, AT / ACCESSWIRE / December 2, 2024 /INNIO Group today announced its acquisition of Souer Co., Ltd., a longstanding distributor for INNIO Group´s Jenbacher and Waukesha brands, based in Thailand. This acquisition aligns with INNIO 's strategy to enhance its go-to-market approach and customer proximity in a region projected to contribute more than 25% of global energy growth through 2035. With 70 employees and an advanced facility, Souer offers new unit sales, after-sales support, and engine overhauls. This move supports INNIO Group 's commitment to net-zero emissions and innovative energy solutions.
