Best of 2024 with Randy Benderson
BRADENTON, FL / ACCESSWIRE / January 2, 2025 /From new acquisitions to industry recognitions, 2024 was a year of remarkable growth and achievement for Benderson Development, one of the largest privately held real estate companies in the country.
"This past year has been a defining one for our company," said Randy Benderson, managing director. "As we reflect on a remarkable year of growth and success, I am proud of how our disciplined approach to investments and acquisitions in core markets has continued to drive the long-term value of our company. We are fortunate to be unaffected by the challenging interest rate environment and rapidly changing market conditions. Our focus on strategic, well-timed decisions has allowed us to navigate uncertainty and capture opportunities where others may have hesitated. Our commitment to quality assets in resilient markets, paired with a long-term perspective, has been the cornerstone of our continued success, and I am confident that this disciplined strategy will continue to fuel our growth in the year ahead."
Benderson recently took a few moments to recount some of the high points the company reached over the past year.

Industry Accolades

"It 's evident that our growth and successes this year, and every year, would not be possible without the dedication of our talented team and the shared vision that guides us all," Benderson added.
Looking Ahead
When asked to reflect on what this year 's milestones mean to him, Randy Benderson sees them as fuel for further growth and innovation in the years ahead. "These achievements are much more than positive statistics or awards for the mantle. They represent the successful execution of our long-term strategy and the solid foundation we 've built over the course of more than seven decades as industry leaders committed to projects that set the stage for people, businesses and communities to flourish."
