(NYSE: PRSU) (“Pursuit”) today announced the appointment of Cathy Tang as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary, effective March 24, 2025. Tang’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for Pursuit, as the company continues to grow its position as the industry leader in iconic, point of interest attractions and hospitality, experiences creating unforgettable memories in some of the world’s most inspiring destinations.

Tang joins Pursuit after serving as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Krispy Kreme, Inc., where she played a key role in guiding the company through its successful IPO in 2021. Prior to Krispy Kreme, Tang spent over two decades at Yum! Brands, Inc., one of the world’s largest restaurant companies with over 60,000 locations across more than 155 countries. During her tenure at Yum! and its subsidiaries, she held several senior leadership positions, including Global Chief Branding Counsel and Chief Legal Officer of KFC U.S. Tang’s expertise spans public company governance, global branding, consumer engagement, and restaurant operations, positioning her as a strategic asset to Pursuit’s executive team.
