Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. Announces Sale of Remaining Timberland Holdings

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 29, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Doman Building Materials Group Ltd. (“Doman” or the “Company”) (TSX:DBM) announced today that a wholly owned subsidiary has sold all of its remaining private timberland holdings in southeast British Columbia, Canada, to the Nature Conservancy of Canada.
During its nine years of ownership of the timberlands, Doman voluntarily adhered to rigorous statutory standards for sustainable forest management over private timberlands, including the planting of approximately 10 million new seedlings. Doman no longer will be materially involved in the harvesting aspect of the forestry business.

The transaction closed today, and net proceeds from the sale will be used to further strengthen the Company’s balance sheet.
