The release will be followed by a conference call to discuss the results on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at 9:00 am ET. The Company will file its audited annual consolidated financial statements and related management’s discussion and analysis for the year ended December 31, 2025 following the conclusion of the audit and in accordance with applicable securities laws.
