ARCPOINT ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER
Greenville, South Carolina, Sept. 16, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- ARCpoint Inc. (TSXV: ARC) (the “Company” or “ARCpoint”) reports that David Keys has resigned as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors effective September 14, 2026, in order to devote more time to his other director obligations with other issuers. The Company thanks Mr. Keys for his service and contributions and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
Following Mr. Keys’ resignation, the Company’s Board of Directors consists of Zelong (“Roger”) He, John Constantine and Adam Ho. The Company is taking steps to identify and appoint additional qualified directors to the Company’s Board of Directors.
