OÜ Infortar Agro, a subsidiary of Aktsiaselts Infortar, completed the acquisition of a 100% shareholding in Lithuanian agricultural company Litagra
On September 8, 2026, Aktsiaselts Infortar published a stock exchange announcement, disclosing that OÜ Infortar Agro is acquiring 100% shares of UAB Litagra.
The regulatory approvals required for the completion of the transaction have been obtained from the competition authorities of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and following the fulfilment of all conditions precedent, OÜ Infortar Agro has acquired a 100% shareholding in UAB Litagra.
The transaction was based on an enterprise value of EUR 95 million. Considering the company 's debt obligations, cash and other agreed price adjustments, the final purchase price for the shares amounted to EUR 63 million.

Infortar owns a 68.38% shareholding in Tallink Grupp, a 100% share in Elenger Grupp and a versatile and modern real estate portfolio of approx. 143,000 m2.
