Further to the Company's press release dated November 10, 2023, the Company will no longer trade on Cboe Canada ("Cboe") effective close of trading on February 12, 2024. No action is required by shareholders in connection with this change of listing.
Management is pleased about the listing of the Common Shares on the CSE and the opportunities it provides to its investors, as the Company continues the ongoing development of its business operations.
