MINTO APARTMENT REIT TO REPORT FIRST QUARTER 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS ON MAY 6, 2025

OTTAWA, ON, April 2, 2025 /CNW/ - Minto Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: MI.UN) today announced that it will release its 2025 first quarter financial results after market close on Tuesday, May 6^th, 2025.

Jonathan Li, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Edward Fu, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call for analysts and investors on Wednesday, May 7^th, 2025 at 10:00 am (ET).
