ABILENE, Texas, May 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of First Financial Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIN) (the "Company") has named James Hinton as President of First Financial Mortgage.

Under his leadership, the company flourished until its successful sale in 1992. Following the sale of his business, Hinton has maintained several roles in mortgage finance, most recently serving as Executive Vice President of Residential Mortgage Warehouse Lending at Independent Financial. James is a graduate of Southwestern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. In addition to his professional achievements, Hinton is dedicated to giving back to the community.
