Mexican BANCO PLATA Successfully Prices Senior Unsecured Bonds Of USD 120 Million |

MEXICO CITY, July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Mexican company Plata, recently authorized as a bank (Banco Plata S.A. INSTITUCIÓN DE BANCA MÚLTIPLE), is pleased to announce the successful placement of USD 120 million senior unsecured bonds (ISIN: NO001359666) with maturity in July 2028. The issue date for the Bonds is expected to be July 16, 2025. The Bonds were placed following a comprehensive roadshow and received strong demand from a broad base of international institutional investors, resulting in a 1.7x oversubscription. Net proceeds from the Bonds will be used to further support Plata's growth and partially refinance existing debt. The Bonds will be listed on a regulated market within twelve months. Pareto Securities AB, acted as Sole Bookrunner in connection with the transaction. Roschier Advokatbyrå AB, acted as legal advisor to the Sole Bookrunner.
