(NASDAQ: FFIN) the parent company of First Financial Bank, announced the promotion of Kyle McVey to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First Financial Bank, a position previously held by Michelle Hickox. Mrs. Hickox will continue in the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for First Financial Bankshares.
